Our Review

We loved our stay at 43 Ranch! It was our first Harvest Hosts experience and it couldn’t have been better.

The hosts were very friendly and made the whole experience easy. We really enjoyed our tour of the olive press and bought several bottles of 43 Ranch olive oil — we were well over the recommended $20 purchase because the olive oil was that good.

Amenities

One of the cool things about Harvest Hosts is the ability to camp at really interesting agricultural sites. 43 Ranch was an excellent place to enjoy that unique type of experience. We loved walking through the olive grove enjoying the cool evening air.

We were also excited to find that 43 Ranch had set up some cool amenities for their RV guests. There was a nice area with picnic tables and a swing in a tree. They also had a fire pit area with a pre-made fire all ready to go.

Site and Access

The site where we parked was nice and level and had a nice layer of gravel so we didn’t have any issues maneuvering or parking. We could look out our windows and see the lovely views of the olive grove and hills beyond.

Access was very easy — 43 Ranch is located right off Highway 101 at what felt like a private exit. It was an easy turn from the off ramp into their large parking lot.
